Job summary

Active Care Group are seeking a dedicated Children's Support Worker (Nights) to support a 16-year-old boy with autism and challenging behaviour in his family home overnight, in Knotty Ash, Liverpool. You will work alongside another Support Worker in a 2:1 care arrangement.

The role is for waking nights (9pm-7am) with 30 hours across three nights weekly, on a zero-hours contract. Training is provided with ongoing clinical and leadership team support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with autism and challenging behaviour.
• Willing to work nights on a zero-hours contract.
• Ability to work with another Support Worker.
• Female candidate required due to genuine occupational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support a 16-year-old boy overnight.
• Provide 2:1 care with another worker.
• Follow individual care plans and escalation procedures.
