Job summary

Autism Together is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our caring team in Wirral and West Cheshire. You will support autistic individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community access while following personalised care plans. You will work on a rota basis from 9:45 p.m.

to 7:45 a.m., with 35 hours per week and varying shift patterns. The role offers extensive training, funded progression, and a generous benefits package including pension,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Night shifts 9:45 p.m. to 7:45 a.m. on rota.
• Assist with bathing, toileting and personal care.
• Monitor residents and report health and behaviour to managers.
• Record events in the Night Book.
• Ironing and mending of clothes as requested.
• Report problems to supervisor or manager.
• Regularly check all rooms and maintain safety checks.
