Job summary

Community Integrated Care is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to help vulnerable individuals live their best lives. The role includes personal care, medication administration and home management within a contracted 36-hour week.

Shifts include daytime and nights, with permanent night post available. We value empathy and commitment over experience, offering ongoing training, career progression and a supportive team.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person‑centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.

Our Shifts: 7.30am - 3pm | 2.30pm - 10pm | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for a permanent night shift post

Contract: We have 1 x 36-hour permanent contract available - this will involve working different nights each week so will include some weekend working

Driving License Required? No

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Medication Administration
  • Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
  • Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with visiting local coffee shops, walking, cooking and listening to music
