Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Night Support Worker to provide high-quality care at The Fields in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The role runs nights only, 20:00 to 08:00, totaling 42 hours weekly, with a focus on person-centred support for adults with complex needs.

Applicants should be genuinely driven, excellent communicators and team players, capable of delivering compassionate care and empowering independence. An enhanced DBS check is required.

We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working42hours a week (Nights Only 20:00pm - 08:00am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atThe Fields.

The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge as well as associated complex needs.

We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
