Job summary

Forevermore Care Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Support Worker in Nantwich to assist adults with complex needs and promote independence through person-centred care.

Two shift options are available: day shifts with sleep-ins or night shifts. Overtime and a comprehensive training program accompany a 42-hour week and a £28,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the care sector is beneficial.
• Full UK Driving Licence is ideal
• Training and induction provided to prepare you for duties

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including household tasks, finances, meals, personal care and community activities.
• Promote independence and provide positive encouragement.

• Monitor healthcare needs, including medication administration and temperature checks.

Job Description

Forevermore care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, Support Worker, to support our client based based in Nantwich

We have two positions available- either days with sleep in shifts or night shifts.

Full-Time Contracts, £12.77ph (days) + £50 sleep in rate / £12.94ph (Nights)

Role Requirements

• Assisting our clients with their daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community.
• Promoting independency and positive encouragement.
• Supporting our clients with their mental wellbeing.
• Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.

• Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
• A full UK Driving Licence is ideal
• A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centred care is always welcome!
