Job summary

Voyage Care in Longhope is seeking caring Night Support Workers for a fixed-term contract. You’ll support residents on 4 nights on 4 nights off, 21:00–07:00, with a base pay including night enhancement.

A full UK driving licence and resilient, flexible approach are essential to help people grow in independence and community engagement. Role offers enhanced evening/weekend pay, premium overtime, Wagestream access, and wellbeing benefits.

Night Support Worker - fixed term contract

Location: Longhope (please be aware you may need transport to get to Longhope as public transport does not get you to shift on time)

Pay Rate starts at: £13.34ph (this is including the night enhancement)

Contract: 35hrs

Typical Shifts are: 4 nights on 4nights off 21:00 - 7am

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
