Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker for a 4-bed supported living service in Eastleigh. The role involves night-time, person-centred support, assistance with personal care, medication administration, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment.

Accurate records and promoting residents’ independence are essential. Base pay starts at £13.35 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and overtime premiums available.

Night Support Worker – Eastleigh - £13.35p/h

The shift pattern for this role is as follows:

• Week One: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; 9:30pm - 7:30am
• Week Two: Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:30pm - 7:30am

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join our friendly team within a 4-bed supported living service.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to individuals during the night, including assisting with personal care, administering medication, completing cleaning and household tasks, and ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of the people we support. You will also carry out general support worker duties, promoting independence and maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements.
