Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. You will be responsible for maintaining security and safety of our residents and the home, supporting residents with personal care, and providing companionship. Light household duties to keep the household and residents' rooms clean and tidy are also part of your role, involving residents where appropriate. Some shifts might be challenging, but you'll also laugh, have fun, and create lasting memories with our residents.

Named after WW1 veteran Reginald Hayward VC, the centre is located on the outskirts of Devizes, Wiltshire. It offers compassionate residential, dementia, and respite care for up to 80 residents.

Ideally, you hold or are working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You should have previous experience in elderly care and a commitment to high-quality standards for older people.
