Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day; whether it’s helping them with their daily routines or personal care, providing companionship, or joining in with the fun activities in our homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they lead happy and fulfilled lives. You’ll also carry out light household duties to keep the household and resident’s rooms clean and tidy, involving residents where appropriate. Some days might be challenging, but you’ll also share laughter, fun, and create lasting memories with our residents.

Hayward Care Centre, named after WW1 veteran Reginald Hayward VC, is located on the outskirts of Devizes, Wiltshire. The home offers compassionate, individualized residential, dementia, and respite care for up to 80 residents.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you have or are willing to work towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). You should have experience in elderly care and a commitment to high-quality standards for older people.
You’ll be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and the ability to get along with others. Eager to learn, you’ll want to excel in your role, and we will support you in a nurturing, engaging, and rewarding environment.
