Job summary

Cygnet Clynsaer is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our team in Wales. You’ll work 27.5 hours per week at a £13.15 per hour rate, rising to £13.45 after a 3‑month probation. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to local transport limitations.

You will provide physical and emotional support, guidance, and help tailored to individuals’ needs, maintaining safety and promoting independence in a specialist residential setting.

We are looking for a Night Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Clynsaer.

Clynsaer is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and with associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

Your Day-to-Day…

You’ll be working 27.5 hours a week in at Cygnet Clynsaer.

£13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after 3 months probation.
