Active Prospects is seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker in Brighton to provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, including night hours, for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The role focuses on compassionate care, safety, and promoting independence within a not-for-profit setting.

At present all the people we support have several hours of 1:1 or 2:1 support during the day as well as some shared support day and night. The ideal employee will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.It's important to note that some people being supported may self-harm, have severe anxiety or also showbehaviours of concern.
