Job summary

Active Prospects is looking for a Support Worker in Brighton to help people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs live fulfilling lives in their own homes. The role involves 1:1 daytime support and some shared day/night assistance, aligned with person-centred care and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding policies.
• Ability to work in a team and on shifts including day/night.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support during the day and some shared day/night support.
• Support people to achieve ordinary and extraordinary goals in their home and community.
• Assist with behaviour support plans and appropriate positive behaviours.
