Active Prospects is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker in Redhill, Surrey. The role involves providing compassionate, person-centred support to six adult residents with mental health, autism, and learning disabilities within a six-flat service.

You will receive full training and ongoing support to ensure high-quality care, with a range of benefits including paid hours, driving-lesson funding and enhanced leave options where eligible.

This service consists of 6 individual flats, with communal spaces. The service supports 6 females requiring a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and being able to express their true selves. The ideal people will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support
