Job summary

Voyage-Care in Arlesey is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people gain independence and participate in daily activities. You’ll work with a dynamic team to support a group of individuals in a cared-for environment.

The role involves teaching life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging people to access local communities and social activities, with a 22:00-07:00 shift pattern described. Training is provided and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Support Worker - Arlesey - £13.21 per hour

Typical Shifts are: 22:00 - 07:00

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with complex individuals with mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
