Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant to join our night-shift team at Camden. You will operate night security, fire and telephone systems, perform checks, and support customers and activities across the service. The role includes cleaning duties, log maintenance, and admin support to the Housing Team.

This permanent position requires experience with vulnerable groups and the ability to work lone shifts at night, with a focus on safety and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Ability to lone work at night.
• Experience working in a team.
• Basic IT skills including Word/Excel and learning new systems.
• Basic administrative skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate night security, fire and telephone systems to ensure safety.
• Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
• Clean rooms and communal areas as required.
• Provide effective customer service for tenancy-related queries.
• Record logs, reports and records accurately.
• Support Housing Team with admin tasks to aid a high-quality service.
