CrossReach Trading Ltd. in Scotland is seeking a Night Support Practitioner within our Children & Family Services.

You will play a key role in supporting children and young people during the night, keeping a safe, calm environment and offering reassurance when needed. You will work independently yet as part of a wider team, respond to incidents, complete checks and records, and prepare the environment for the next day.

Competenze

• Experience working with children, young people or in care/education settings.
• Ability to work independently while remaining alert at night.
• Patient, reliable and able to manage time across a night shift.

Mansioni

• Provide a calm, consistent presence during the night.
• Support children and young people who wake distressed or anxious.
• Respond to incidents and manage challenging situations.
• Complete checks, records and reports accurately.
