Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a night-shift support role for The Kerrigan Project, providing housing and intensive support to individuals with complex needs. You will engage with clients, offer guidance, and coordinate with external agencies to promote recovery and independent living.

Responsibilities include health and safety checks and serving as a trusted contact for clients at the end of the day. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing related support and benefit systems.
• Good organisation, IT and record keeping skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Able to handle difficult situations.
• Good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Health and Safety checks and other duties.
• Be the point of contact for clients for advice and support.
