Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Full training provided to new starters.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Support residents in activities and mealtimes.
• Help residents retire for the night and sleep well.
• Promote independence in meals and daily routines.
