Job summary

Prime Life is seeking Night Support Workers to join our caring team at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe. Roles can be full or part-time with shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week. We offer DBS funding, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250 per successful candidate. Training provided, no prior care experience required.

We value patience, empathy and respect for residents with dementia or other health conditions, supporting their independence and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Support residents in participating in recreational activities.
• Help residents retire for the night and ensure a comfortable sleep.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and eating.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop individual care plans.
