Job summary

Primelife in Scunthorpe is hiring Night Care Assistants for full- and part-time roles based at Phoenix Park Care Village. You will support residents through night checks, assist with personal care and meals, and work within a friendly multidisciplinary team.

Shifts run 8pm to 8am, seven days a week with regular patterns. Prior care experience helps but full training is provided; DBS is funded and there are referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature
• Willingness to undergo training and learn on the job
• Ability to work night shifts and be flexible for weekend work

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and getting ready for bed
• Conduct regular welfare checks during the night
• Support residents with meals and hydration as required
• Encourage safe mobility and use of mobility aids
• Provide companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents' health and well-being
• Greet and assist family members visiting the home
