Job summary

Prime Life is seeking compassionate Support Workers for fixed-term roles at Phoenix Park Care Village, Scunthorpe. Roles available full or part-time with 8am–8pm shifts across a 7-day week, providing dignified support to residents living with age-related conditions, dementia and disabilities.

We offer fully funded DBS, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme worth up to £250 per successful referral. Prior experience is desirable but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable, though full training is provided.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily living decisions.
• Assist with personal care and day-to-day activities.
• Support residents with meals and activities.
• Collaborate with professionals to develop individualised care plans.
