Job summary

Prime Life are seeking caring night support workers to join our friendly team at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe. Roles available on a full or part-time basis with interviews arranged promptly.

Responsibilities include companionship, practical support, activities, personal care, and promoting independence for residents with dementia and other health needs. DBS is fully funded and excellent referral rewards apply.

Qualifications

• Typically, our residents live with age-related health conditions, physical disabilities and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our care team.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them
• Providing companionship whilst giving emotional and practical support
• Assisting residents to participate in any decisions relating to their daily living arrangements
• Assisting residents with personal care and in undertaking recreational activities
• Assisting residents to retire for the evening and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep
• Promoting resident independence in the preparation of food and/or at mealtimes
• Working with other professionals to provide individualised care and development plans
