Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4* property located just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld. The role covers overnight audits with a focus on security and guest service, while maintaining a high profile at the reception, lobby and lounge areas.

We are seeking someone with supervisory experience, people management skills and a passion for running an efficient, service-oriented operation. Training support and hospitality benefits are included as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory level or above.
• Ability to support the running of a professional efficient, high-quality service oriented operation.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivated.

What will I do?

You will ensure the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight, concentrating specifically on the night auditsand having a high visibility in the reception,lobbyand lounge areas as you will be responsible for the overall security of the hotel during your shift.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property.
