Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage colleague to support guest experiences across the hotel, while upholding brand standards and assisting with pricing and promotions to maximise sales.

You will rotate through F&B areas, deliver friendly service, manage busy periods, and help create a welcoming, high-quality guest journey. The role includes training, development, and opportunities to gain professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

What will I do?

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property. Our hotel has an 18-hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
