Job summary

Culinagroup1 is seeking a Stock Controller for its Chilled & Fresh division. The role offers a £30,564.01 salary and a 4-on-4-off night shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

You will liaise with management to ensure accurate receiving/despatching and manage the pallet area to maintain stock integrity. Responsibilities include update of the pallet database, investigation of short shipments, daily/weekly reporting, and ODT planning with Mars and Haulier.

Qualifications

• Previous stock control experience.
• Able to manage own time to meet daily targets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PC literate with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend as needed.
• Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with Receipt and Despatch Team.
• Amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity with checks completed first.
• Hold and Release process management.
• Assist in the pallet database management.
• Investigate and report all short shipments.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• ODT planning with Mars and Haulier.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Handle handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.
