Job summary

Culina in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stock Controller to join our Chilled & Fresh division. In this role you will work on stock accuracy, liaising with management and operations to ensure correct receipts and despatches while maintaining stock integrity.

The position operates on a 4 on 4 off night shift from 18:00 to 06:00 with a salary of £30,564.01 per year. You will be responsible for the pallet area, pickfaces, and daily/weekly reporting, contributing to efficient stock control.

Qualifications

• Prior stock control experience required.
• Able to work to daily targets and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Completion of daily reports required on a daily and weekly basis.
• ODT planning with Mars and Haulier.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.
