Job summary

Culina is looking for a Stock Controller in its Chilled & Fresh division. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off night shift (18:00 - 06:00) and involves ensuring accurate receipt and despatch, managing pallets, and maintaining stock integrity.

You will work with management and operations to resolve issues and improve processes. Key duties include pallet area management, database upkeep, daily/weekly reporting, and investigations into discrepancies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with management and operations to ensure load accuracy and amend as needed.
• Collaborate with Receipt/Despatch team on pallet area management.
• Amend pick faces to maintain stock integrity and complete checks.
• Execute Hold and Release processes.
• Assist in managing the pallet database.
• Investigate and report all short shipments accurately.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Plan ODT with Mars and Haulier.
• Support stock management investigations.
• Handle handovers, missing pallets, damage control and samples as required.

As part of our, Chilled & Fresh] division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Stock Controller.

Shift: 4 on 4 off nights, 18:00 - 06:00

Key Duties of a Stock Controller:

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend and rework accordingly.
• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amendpickfacestomaintainstock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Hold and Release process.
• Assistin the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Completion of daily reportsrequiredon a daily and weekly basis.
• ODT planning with Mars and Haulier.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Anyadditionalresponsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damagecontroland samples.

Qualifications

• Flexibility within the role to cover all areas of the stock department functionality.

• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
• PC literate in MS Office including Word,Exceland Outlook
