Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced operation with people management experience.
- Strong communication skills to inspire and manage the team.
- Decisive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of resilience and flexibility.
- Excellent computer skills for using Google Chrome applications.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
- Vigilant to detect and act on unscrupulous activity.
- Possess a full UK driving licence.
