Job summary

Paragon Social Care Limited seeks compassionate Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our Wisbech, Cambridgeshire team. You will help provide day-to-day care, safety and wellbeing for young people in a residential setting.

You will follow care plans, build trusting relationships, respond to emotional and behavioural needs, and work flexibly to create a safe, stable, nurturing home where each young person can develop confidence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
