Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Warehouse Trainer for The Vault Distribution Centre in Speke. This role focuses on training new operatives, managing induction programs, and upholding H&S standards across the operation.

You will deliver MHE training (LLOPs, PPTs) and site tours, while using the warehouse system. Applicants should have strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading training deliveries and inductions.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in warehousing.
• Familiar with MHE training and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction presentations and site tours.
• Deliver Manual Handling and Health & Safety training.
• MHE training on LLOPs and PPTs.
• Create accounts on the warehouse management system.
• Provide pick training for headset and Blue Yonder voice system.
• Complete paperwork to remain H&S compliant.
• Report to the Training Manager.
