Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Warehouse Trainer for The Vault Distribution Centre in Speke. You will train new operatives, lead health and safety initiatives and deliver inductions across the site.

Role involves MHE training, using the Blue Yonder voice system and a warehouse management system, with full training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Induction and site-tours delivery experience.
• Manual Handling and Health & Safety training delivery.
• MHE training on LLOPs and PPTs.
• Creating user accounts on the warehouse management system.
• Training on headset, device and Blue Yonder voice system.
• Completing relevant paperwork to stay HS compliant.
• Reporting to Training Manager.

Warehouse Trainer - The Vault Distribution Centre

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday Rotation (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)

Rate of Pay: £13.50 plus training bonus

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative who is seeking to join our Training Team in The Vault Distribution Centre in Speke.

Our warehouse operatives are the backbone of our distribution and logistics team, without them, our operation comes to a standstill. Training all new operatives is therefore a very important and rewarding role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that carries out all new starter and MHE training and plays a vital role in upkeeping Health and Safety standards throughout our operation.

Although experience is desired, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

Warehouse colleagues are responsible for picking, packing and loading/unloading our stock onto our fleet of vehicles. The training team is responsible for training these operatives and focussing on health and safety whilst maintaining professional standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering induction presentations and site tours
• Delivering Manual Handling and other Health and Safety training
• MHE training on LLOPs and PPTs
• Creating accounts on our warehouse management system
• Pick training, explaining the headset, device and Blue Yonder voice system
• Completing relevant paperwork in a timely fashion to remain H&S compliant
• Reporting to the Training Manager
