Job summary

Kpi-Recruiting-Ltd is seeking an experienced Manual Handling Trainer to join a busy Crewe operation. The role focuses on developing colleagues, promoting safe working practices and supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include delivering practical and classroom-based training, inductions, MHE operator certification, and maintaining training records. The position is permanent with a night shift pattern and £33,550 salary.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience operating MHE in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Experience delivering practical training and coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training sessions.
• Induct new starters and temporary workers.
• Train, assess and recertify MHE operators.
• Promote high health and safety standards.
• Maintain training records and certification documentation.
• Liaise with operations, HR and Health & Safety teams.
• Identify ways to improve training effectiveness and performance.
• Ensure all mandatory training is completed across the shift.
