Job summary

CTR Select is recruiting an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader to guide a busy warehouse operation in Watford, operating within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will report to the Shift Manager and ensure targets, productivity, quality and service levels are achieved while ensuring MHRA, GDP and health & safety adherence.

Key responsibilities include leading the team, allocating workloads, overseeing picking/packing/dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy with the WMS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in pharma or logistics.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proven track record delivering KPIs and performance targets.
• Knowledge of MHRA regulations and GDP standards.
• Experience with WMS; KNAPP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the night shift to meet KPIs.
• Allocate workloads and manage resources to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Oversee picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch activities.
• Monitor performance, attendance and quality; provide coaching.
• Conduct shift handovers, performance reviews and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with MHRA, GDP and Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain accurate stock movements and WMS transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse automation performance, incl. KNAPP systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes.
