Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the Coventry depot, supervising a sizeable team on the night shift (10pm–6am). The role requires coaching the team to meet safety standards, achieve targets and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous management of a sizeable team in a logistics or FMCG environment.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy.
• Track record of meeting critical performance measures.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
