Job summary

The Co-operative Group in Coventry is recruiting a Warehouse Team Manager for night shift (10pm–6am). You’ll lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe and efficient picking and packing while meeting demanding deadlines.

You’ll coach the team, uphold standards and policies, analyse performance data, and partner with internal stakeholders to drive improvements. The role is full-time permanent with a night premium and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previously managed a sizeable team, preferably in logistics or FMCG
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding critical performance measures
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Strong planning and workload organisation
• Understanding of how poor service impacts stores and customers
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent IT skills

• Work towards tight deadlines and critical measures
• Develop and build positive relationships with internal partners
