Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a sizeable team at the Coventry depot. You’ll inspire, coach and manage performance to ensure safe and accurate picking and packing, while meeting tight deadlines and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sizeable team, preferably in logistics or FMCG.
• Strong planning, organisation and workload management.
• Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency.
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and health and safety.

• Lead and coach a sizeable team of warehouse operatives to meet deadlines.
• Drive standards, policies and safety procedures.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements.
