Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the night shift operation in Burton-on-Trent. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £33,000–£35,000 per year plus a night shift allowance, with a 4-on, 4-off pattern from 22:00 to 10:00.

You will be an experienced, hands-on leader who motivates a team, drives performance, and ensures safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing a team within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of ~30 warehouse colleagues.
• Drive performance against productivity, quality, attendance and service KPIs.
• Deliver shift briefings and maintain clear, effective communication.
• Monitor performance and address issues proactively to improve efficiency.
• Manage workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands.
• Support colleague development and manage attendance and conduct matters.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges.
