Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the Coventry depot to lead a sizeable team through the night shift and ensure efficient, safe and accurate picking and packing operations. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal partners to meet deadlines.

The role offers a £35,000–£43,000 annual salary, 39 hours per week, permanent contract, and weekend work on a 5-in-7 rota with strong benefits support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sizeable warehouse team, ideally in logistics or FMCG.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse policies and health and safety.
• Excellent planning and ability to organise workload for self and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sizeable team of warehouse operatives.
