Job summary

Kuehne Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Team Leader to drive nightly operations in our London-area warehouse. You will lead a team, ensure safe, timely processing of goods and maintain high service levels during 7pm–7am, 4 days on/4 days off.

You will supervise colleagues, support the Shift Manager, and ensure adherence to SOPs, HR processes and quality management systems, while delivering cost-effective operations.

• Supervise daily activities and ensure SOPs and procedures are followed.
• Support the Shift Manager and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee inbound/outbound cargo flows, manpower and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and KN quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
