Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the night shift.
• Supervise picking, packing, loading and dispatch activities.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Experience leading and motivating a warehouse or logistics team

Strong understanding of health, safety and quality procedures

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and warehouse systems

Ability to prioritise workloads and make effective decisions under pressure

Counterbalance forklift truck licence

Experience within the chemical or manufacturing industry

Knowledge of COMAH regulations

Willingness to undertake IATA training
