Responsibilities

• Run an efficient night shift warehouse to meet deadlines and deliver high service levels.
• Manage a small team, plan workloads, and deliver training as needed.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and liaise with the Health & Safety Manager on improvements.
• Oversee loading, picking and stock management through the night; coordinate workloads.
• Monitor stock levels, equipment, and site security to minimise loss and damage.
• Lead by example, motivate staff, and manage own workload effectively.
