DHL is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager in Maidstone (ME16 0LE) to coordinate daily logistics and warehousing activities. The role requires supervising teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely, safe completion of tasks across a 40-hour week with a 5-from-7 night shift pattern.

Candidates should have warehouse supervisory experience, be comfortable with night shifts, and possess knowledge of supply chain practices and logistics software.

Competenze

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Currently or recently working night shifts.
• Knowledge of supply chain practices and computer literacy with logistics software.
