Job summary

DHL is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager in Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU). You will lead warehousing teams, manage performance, and ensure safety standards while coordinating day-to-day operations on a rotating shift pattern (Tue–Sat, 07:00–15:00).

Qualifications

• Direct experience in warehouse leadership roles (First Line Manager/Shift Manager/Team Leader) essential.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and ability to enforce standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Directly support management by reporting on warehousing activities and performance.
• Supervise and coordinate productivity, ensuring deadlines are met safely.
• Track orders using in-house tracking software and keep records updated.
