DHL Supply Chain in Allington, near Maidstone, is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily operations. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with patterns 5 from 7, 10pm–6am, and a M grade.

Salary £44,000 plus 20% shift premium, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and team development. You will lead a team, implement process improvements, monitor KPIs, and foster a collaborative environment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
