Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for a Monday–Friday night shift to lead a busy logistics operation. You will manage day-to-day warehouse activities, drive performance against targets, monitor KPIs and ensure health & safety standards are maintained.

The role is hands-on and offers genuine opportunities for a permanent contract, with weekly pay and a supportive team environment at a large international client site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a First Line Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor role within logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing and motivating a warehouse team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
• Manage day-to-day team performance, productivity and attendance.
• Allocate workloads and resources effectively across the shift.
• Monitor KPIs and take action where performance falls below expectations.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and capability.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate operational requirements clearly.
• Support the Shift Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure company procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements are followed.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Support investigations relating to attendance, conduct and performance.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Provide flexibility and support during periods of increased workload.
