You will manage a team of warehouse operatives, coordinate resources and monitor performance against targets, delivering excellent service to customers across the network.

• Oversee night shift warehouse operatives to ensure engagement, organization and motivation.
• Ensure accurate sortation and timely unloading of parcels per KPIs.
• Meet CAD (%) and depot throughput targets and saturation goals.
• Maintain health, safety, productivity and cost delivery for customers.
• Resource additional staff at short notice during absences.
