Job summary

Evri is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Nights for the Livingston operation. You will lead a small team during the night shift to ensure safe, efficient movement of parcels, accurate handoffs, and timely departures.

This hands-on role requires strong supervision and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage daily activities, coordinate deliveries, and support compliance with LGV rules, while developing your leadership skills within a premier parcel network.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in a supervising role.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities and teams.
• Strong communication and leadership in fast-moving environments.
• Good IT literacy and ability to use warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient parcel flow.
• Manage deliveries, Holdbay, and LGV fleet coordination.
• Support planning for bulk collections and compliance with transport rules.
• Deploy resources to meet daily requirements and monitor KPI performance.
• Ensure high standards of safety, accuracy and operational efficiency.
