Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the warehouse shift in meeting contractual KPIs, budgets, and safety targets. You will lead a team of operators, monitor production targets, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with the management team to optimise day-to-day operations.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in logistics, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. CargoWrite knowledge is a plus and training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• IT literate with MS Office.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CargoWrite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet the customer's operational requirements.
• Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
• First line support for customer and DSV to ensure that all issues are proactively handled.
• Support colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers whilst maintaining and promoting DSV best practices.
• Responsible for the completion/population of location KPI's as well as being responsible for Customer invoicing processes.
