Job summary

DSV in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Shift in achieving KPI targets while upholding health and safety and best practice. You will assist the Management Team with day-to-day operations and lead a team of operators to meet production targets, KPIs and quality standards.

• Posses good communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills and effective time management
• Be able to manage your time effectively.
• Attention to detail.
• IT Literate in Microsoft Office
• Problem solving
• Understanding of CargoWrite is desired, however training can be given.

Job description

To work with and support the Warehouse Shift in delivering/exceeding contractual customer KPI's within the warehouse to an agreed budget, whilst driving health & safety and best practice within the operational environment. Responsible for the operation of the Warehouse function your role will be to support the Management Team with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for a team of operators and ensure an efficient warehouse operation in achieving business targets by monitoring any issues and ensuring production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are achieved, in order to meet the requirements of the customer. What will you be doing?
