Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the night shift at Thrapston, ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries and KPI attainment. You will oversee a team of operators, drive health and safety, and support the management team in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, meeting customer requirements, and providing first-line support to resolve issues while upholding DSV best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in logistics.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office suite.
• Problem-solving mindset and initiative.
• Understanding of CargoWrite is desirable, training can be given.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet the customer's operational requirements.
• Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
• First line support for customer and DSV to proactively handle issues.
• Support colleagues across departments to provide enhanced service while promoting DSV practices.
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of location KPI reporting and customer invoicing processes.
